Permit Coordinator

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning, an affiliate of Authority Brands Inc., is the premier heating and cooling specialist in the Naples, FL area. We are looking for a Permit Coordinator to process permits and inspections for different counties, and to assist in picking up and delivering material from the warehouse and/or vendors to job sites.

Responsibilities

• Process permits for each installation.
• Coordinate inspections with local inspectors.
• Maintain status of all permits.
• Provide efficient deliveries of parts and equipment to Technicians and Installers.
• Follow up on all failed inspections.
• Assist with warehouse operations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience with permitting required.
• Proficiency with Excel required.
• Experience in the HVAC industry a plus!
• Must be a self-motivated, results-driven, organized and detail-oriented individual.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
