Required Qualifications:
- Experience (Required): Minimum 5 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service experience
- Licensing (Required): Current EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred) and Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred). WA 06A Electrical Trainee Card will be provided if not already held.
- Driving: Valid WA State Driver's License with a clean record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across a range of residential HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, air conditioners, mini-splits, air handlers)
- Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and communicate professionally with customers

- Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and maintenance on residential HVAC systems
- Complete service calls efficiently and accurately, documenting work in ServiceTitan or similar field management software
- Provide honest, transparent recommendations to homeowners and present repair and replacement options
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a premium customer experience on every call
- Manage your truck stock, tools, and parts inventory
- Follow all safety protocols and local code requirements
- Participate in ongoing training and manufacturer certification programs
- Support installation projects as needed
