What You’ll Do
- Deliver world-class service from start to finish on every install
- Safely remove and replace existing HVAC systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, boilers)
- Connect utilities — gas, electric, and fuel oil lines — with care and compliance
- Fabricate and install sheet metal transitions with clean, level, plumb craftsmanship
- Commission, test, and verify all system performance
- Lead and mentor your crew to uphold company standards
- Maintain an organized, stocked, and spotless truck
- Complete digital paperwork accurately and on time
- 3–5 years of professional HVAC installation experience
- Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to drive a DOT vehicle
- Your own hand tools and a commitment to safety
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Willingness to work overtime when needed
- Background check and drug screen required
