- NC Mechanical License preferred, but not required; candidates should be willing to pursue licensure in the near future if they do not already hold one
- Minimum 8 years of verifiable residential HVAC Installation experience (some light commercial experience considered)
- Previous experience in HVAC lead or management roles
- Thorough knowledge of local and state codes, permitting, and safety standards
- Respectful and professional demeanor when working with the install team and customers
- Mentoring and teaching mindset to develop team members
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass background check and drug testing
- Manage and oversee projects, materials, and installation teams
- Conduct pre-inspections to ensure ease of installation, cost control, and team safety
- Coordinate closely with in-house team to maintain effective project flow
- Mentor and guide team members to uphold quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction
