Responsibilities
- Assist HVAC technicians with installations, repairs, and maintenance of heating and cooling systems.
- Perform IAQ services, such as duct cleaning, Aeroseal, coil cleanings.
- Load and unload equipment and materials for calls.
- Dismantle and scrap old equipment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance HVAC skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC is a plus.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of HVAC and hand tools.
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various weather conditions.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced technicians and office staff.
- Previous experience in the trades is a plus.
