What You'll Do
- Meet with homeowners on company-provided leads
- Conduct in-home comfort consultations and system evaluations
- Present customized HVAC solutions based on customer needs
- Build trust and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Follow a proven sales process to maximize close rates
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Stay current on products, promotions, and industry trends
What We're Looking For
- Previous in-home sales experience preferred (HVAC industry experience is a plus)
- Proven track record of success in commission-based sales
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as needed
- Experience with CRM platforms such as ServiceTitan or Salesforce preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
