What You Will Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
- Perform residential HVAC installations, including equipment change-outs and system upgrades
- Ensure installations meet code requirements, manufacturer specifications, and company quality standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners before, during, and after work
- Maintain accurate service and installation documentation using company-provided mobile tools
- Represent the company with professionalism, technical competence, and pride
- Contribute to building a high-standard service and installation culture as the company scales
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of verifiable, hands-on residential HVAC service and installation experience
- Licensing:
- EPA Section 608 Certification (Universal preferred)
- Washington State Electrical Trainee Card or Journeyman 06A Electrical License
- Seattle Journeyman Refrigeration Mechanic License (preferred)
- Driving: Valid Washington State Driver’s License with a clean driving record
- Hourly Pay Commission: $41–$45 per hour, depending on experience and certifications
