Are you organized, motivated, and great on the phone? Do you enjoy helping customers and supporting a fast-paced home services team? Weâre looking for a Sales Lead Coordinator to help drive growth in our HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical departments.
đ§ About the Role
As our Sales Lead Coordinator, youâll be the key link between our customers and our sales team. Youâll manage incoming leads, schedule appointments, follow up with prospects, and ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and online inquiries
- Communicate with field staff on availability
- Qualify leads and schedule sales appointments
- Coordinate with HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical sales teams
- Track leads and update CRM system
- Maintain excellent customer communication
- Set up sold jobs from start too finishÂ
- Pull permitsÂ
- Create Po's for Vendor purchasesÂ
- Assist in financing optionsÂ
â Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service and sales coordination (home services experience preferred)
- Strong communication and phone skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge
- Service Titan Experience a plusÂ
- Self-motivated and team-oriented
