- Lead the development and implementation of our new Electrician Division.
- Perform electrical installations, repairs, and maintenance in residential settings.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and national electrical codes.
- Supervise and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
- Conduct safety inspections and assessments of electrical systems.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries.
- Manage project timelines and ensure efficient workflow.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in electrical work.
- Valid Master Electrician license in Texas.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical work, preferably in residential services.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex electrical issues.
- Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to service excellence.
- Proficient in using electrical tools and diagnostic equipment.
