What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems from heat pumps and furnaces to air conditioning units
- Perform preventative maintenance and system tune-ups
- Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners about service needs and options
- Maintain accurate records, inventory, and documentation
- Follow safety standards and company policies at all times

- EPA Universal Certification
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a “fix it right the first time” mindset
- Dependable, self-motivated, and customer-focused
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
