Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for assisting our Lead Installer with daily HVAC and Generator installations, including heat pumps, furnaces, air handlers, generators, etc.
- Assist in the installation, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC and Generator systems
- Perform basic troubleshooting and diagnostics on HVAC and Generator equipment when needed
- Ensure all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
- No experience necessary, willing to train the right person
- Having a strong work ethic
- Able to lift 50 lbs continuously
- Safety oriented
- Have basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Able to pass a thorough background check
- Develop strong problem-solving skills
- Willingness to go into crawl spaces or attics
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
