What You’ll Do
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems (heat pumps, furnaces, AC units)
- Perform preventative maintenance and system optimization
- Educate homeowners on system performance, options, and solutions
- Maintain accurate service records, inventory, and documentation
- Uphold safety standards and deliver high-quality workmanship on every job

What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience as an HVAC Service Technician (residential experience); 2–5 years preferred for top earning potential
- EPA Universal Certification (required)
- Must have standard HVAC service tools (gauges, meters, hand tools) or willingness to acquire them quickly
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills (able to identify and resolve issues efficiently without guesswork)
- Ability to complete repairs correctly the first time with minimal callbacks
- Professional communication skills with the ability to clearly explain issues, solutions, and pricing to homeowners
- Customer-focused mindset with a reputation for quality service
- Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
