IMPORTANT: THIS IS AN IN-OFFICE POSITION
The regular Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM schedule is 100% in-office at our Omaha location. There is no remote or work-from-home option during regular scheduled hours.
The only work-from-home opportunity is during assigned on-call hours after you are fully trained and approved to work independently.
The Position
This is more than an inbound call-taking position.
We are looking for someone with previous call center, customer service, sales, dispatch, or professional office/desk experience who is confident talking with customers, recognizes opportunities, enjoys working toward goals, and isn't afraid to ask for the sale.
You'll help create revenue and provide exceptional customer experience through outbound calling, Club Membership sales and renewals, following up on previously unsold estimates, upselling appropriate services, and assisting with dispatch.
Compensation & Earning Potential
Base Pay: $20.00/hour — PAID WEEKLY
In addition to your hourly pay, you'll have opportunities to earn additional income through:
- Sales and performance incentives
- Club Membership sales and renewals
- Converting previously unsold estimates
- Upselling appropriate services and products
- Paid on-call rotations
Your performance can directly increase what you earn.
Paid On-Call Rotation
On-call responsibilities provide an additional opportunity to increase your weekly earnings.
Monday–Friday: $50 per on-call day
Saturday: $150 per on-call day
Sunday: $150 per on-call day
On-Call Hours:
Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM–midnight
Saturday: 7:00 AM–midnight
Sunday: 7:00 AM–midnight
Holiday coverage is handled through a rotating on-call schedule.
Once fully trained, assigned on-call responsibilities may be performed from home. This applies ONLY to on-call hours. The regular Monday–Friday position is always in-office.
We utilize an AI answering service 24/7 to handle incoming calls, so being on call does not mean sitting at home continuously answering every incoming call.
On-call responsibilities focus on dispatching for profitability and efficiency, monitoring the service board, handling escalated customer calls when necessary, making outbound calls, and capturing additional service and sales opportunities.
What You'll Do
- Provide professional, friendly, and confident customer service
- Make outbound calls to existing and previous customers
- Follow up on previously unsold estimates and convert opportunities into scheduled work
- Sell and renew Club Memberships
- Identify appropriate opportunities for additional services and products
- Work toward individual and company sales, booking, and performance goals
- Assist with dispatching technicians and managing the daily service board
- Dispatch for profitability and efficiency
- Handle customer escalations professionally
- Accurately document customer conversations and follow-up needs
- Work closely with management, dispatchers, technicians, and call center team members
- Participate in rotating weekend and holiday on-call coverage
Who We're Looking For
Previous professional experience is strongly preferred.
We're specifically looking for candidates with experience in a call center, customer service, sales, dispatch, administrative, or professional office/desk environment.
The right person will be sales-driven, confident on the phone, comfortable making outbound calls and asking for the sale, organized, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
You should also be comfortable being measured on sales, booking, customer service, and performance goals.
Experience with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, home services, ServiceTitan, or a similar service business is a plus, but isn't required.
