- Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, ductless mini splits, and indoor air quality products
- Replace and modify ductwork as needed
- Perform startup, testing, and system commissioning
- Follow local HVAC codes and manufacturer specifications
- Maintain clean and professional job sites
- Communicate with homeowners regarding system operation and recommendations
- Complete installation paperwork and job documentation accurately
- Work alongside helpers and apprentices when needed
Qualifications
- HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, crawlspaces, and outdoors
- Knowledge of low voltage wiring and airflow principles is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
