The part-time Graphic Designer helps move One Hope United’s mission forward by partnering with the Director of Communications & CRM to produce effective, compelling visual materials. This role supports the Advancement Department through brand-aligned design that elevates brand awareness, strengthens fundraising efforts, and enhances internal and external communications.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and produce graphics for newsletters, blogs, website, social media, email, direct mail, event materials, and promotional collateral.
- Design and support creative elements for the Annual Appeal campaign, Annual Report, and other fundraising initiatives
- Create concepts and layouts that align with branding guidelines and organizational needs.
- Collaborate on storytelling through thoughtful visual content that reflects and reinforces the mission.
- Prepare final materials that are accurate, brand-aligned, and publication-ready for print and digital platforms
- Assist with photo selection, light photo editing, and asset organization
- Participate in proofreading, quality review, and production coordination with vendors
- Maintain consistent visual identity across all channels and ensure files are archived properly
- Other projects as assigned
Qualifications/Skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects preferred)
- Familiarity with WordPress
- Understanding of responsive web design and design for mobile platforms
- Demonstrable creative skills with a strong portfolio showcasing print and digital work
- Ability to communicate design concepts to cross-functional partners
- Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize shifting deadlines
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take creative direction
- Understanding of digital accessibility standards preferred
- Ability to work on-site in an office environment or remotely
