What You'll Do
- Deliver compassionate, individualized personal care to patients in their homes
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
- Observe, document, and report any changes in patient condition to the care team
- Perform basic health-related tasks such as medication reminders and simple wound care, as permitted
- Promote patient comfort, safety, and overall well-being
- Provide guidance and education to family members on proper care techniques when appropriate
- Follow established care plans, agency policies, and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain patient confidentiality while ensuring a clean, safe, and secure home environment
What You Bring
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
- Experience in home health, hospice, or a related caregiving setting preferred
- Demonstrated compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
- Reliable, professional, and dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to perform the physical demands of caregiving, including lifting, transferring, and assisting patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
