Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent across various levels and functions. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with modern recruiting tools and HRIS systems. The Recruiter will play a vital role in building a strong talent pipeline, managing relationships with candidates and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process. Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through channels such as social media management, campus recruitment, and cold calling.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting candidates for various roles including technical recruiting and executive recruiting.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, and HRIS platforms like UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex to track applicant flow and maintain candidate data.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit; facilitate employment & labor law compliance during hiring processes.
- Negotiate employment contracts and employment terms with candidates; manage employee orientation programs.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs; provide guidance on talent management and succession planning.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR sourcing techniques, HR laws, and best practices in employee relations and employee evaluation.
- Lead employer branding initiatives through social media management; participate in campus recruitment events to attract emerging talent.
- Support training & development initiatives by coordinating onboarding sessions and employee onboarding programs.
- Conduct research on market trends to identify new sourcing channels; manage internal recruiting efforts for various departments.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition roles within diverse industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR sourcing tools such as Salesforce, iCIMS, Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, UltiPro, Kronos, ADP, Paychex.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, relationship management, and candidate assessment techniques including interviewing skills.
- Familiarity with employment & labor law compliance and HRIS systems is essential.
- Experience with social media management platforms for recruitment marketing is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
