Job Summary
Pro Air Medical is seeking a dependable Delivery Technician to deliver, set up, and educate patients on home medical equipment, including oxygen systems, CPAP supplies, and mobility equipment.
This role is critical to patient care and requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and set up medical equipment in patient homes
- Instruct patients and caregivers on proper use and safety
- Complete delivery documentation and obtain required signatures
- Perform basic equipment checks and troubleshooting
- Pick up, clean, and restock equipment as needed
- Communicate with office staff regarding deliveries and patient needs
- Maintain delivery vehicle and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift and carry 50 lbs (oxygen tanks, equipment)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to follow procedures and complete documentation accurately
- Reliable and punctual
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in DME, healthcare, or delivery work
- Knowledge of medical equipment
- Familiarity with basic medical terminology
