COMPENSATION: $61,439.00-$71,136.00 yr/DOE
EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full Time
AVAILABILITY: Monday to Friday
What You'll Do:
- Manage and supervise the accounting team
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Oversee budgets and ensure compliance with accounting standards
- Lead change management activities and model leadership qualities
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or closely related field or in lieu degree, of eight (8) years’ experience or a combination of associates’ degree and four (4) years’ of experience
- 3 years of fiscal management experience
- Minimum one (1) years’ experience in direct supervision of employees
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
