What are the responsibilities and job description for the Paid Media & Analytics Specialist position at One Foot Over?
Do you dream about crafting compelling online ads and optimizing campaigns? Do you wake up thinking about targeted traffic and maximizing ROI?
Stop Right Here If…
- You think “good enough” is actually good enough
- You need someone to tell you what to do every step of the way
- You’re looking for a 9-to-5 job, not a Marketing career you’re obsessed with
- You prefer working in silos rather than collaborating with a team
- You get defensive when receiving feedback or new ideas
- You haven’t touched an AI tool in the last year
- You’re looking for a slow-paced environment where things rarely change
Still interested? Good. Keep going.
You Should Absolutely Apply If…
- You go to sleep thinking about conversions and wake up strategizing campaigns
- You have a “GSD” (Get Sh*t Done) mentality and take ownership of results
- You get energized by solving problems with your brain, Google, and your team—in that order
- You’re the person who catches typos, broken links, and misaligned pixels that others miss
- You can lead client conversations with confidence and move them toward smarter decisions
- You thrive when priorities shift and can pivot with agility
- You have an insatiable hunger to learn what’s new and what’s next in marketing
- You appreciate memes, puns, and working hard while having fun
