This is a multi-faceted, position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, meaningful member interactions, and making a real impact in people’s financial lives. As a Universal Banker, you’ll assist members with teller transactions, open new accounts, and process consumer loans — all while helping them work toward their financial goals with a smile.
You’ll be based at one of our local branches (final location to be determined), all within 10 miles of one another, and be a key part of our tight-knit team culture.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide friendly, accurate, and professional service for all member transactions
· Open and maintain checking, savings, certificates, and other deposit accounts
· Educate members about ONE FCU’s products and services to meet their financial needs
· Process consumer loans from application through disbursement (mortgages not included)
· Identify opportunities to deepen relationships and provide financial guidance
· Balance cash drawer and follow proper security and compliance procedures
· Support branch operations, including opening/closing procedures and other tasks as needed
· Maintain a positive and solutions-focused attitude in every member interaction
Required Skills & Experience
· Prior experience in retail banking, financial services, or cash-handling roles
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to listen actively and build relationships with members
· Comfortable learning and using computer systems and digital tools
· High attention to detail and accuracy
· Team-oriented mindset with a flexible, can-do attitude
Bonus Points For

Compensation
