The Role
The full-time IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing IT
services to staff, Professional Foster Parents and youth in care at all
One Family Illinois (One Family Illinois) sites. The IT Support
Specialist will serve as the IT support function to the business while
working with a third party outside IT provider (Bridgepoint).

The Role
The full-time IT Support Specialist is responsible for providing IT
services to staff, Professional Foster Parents and youth in care at all
One Family Illinois (One Family Illinois) sites. The IT Support
Specialist will serve as the IT support function to the business while
working with a third party outside IT provider (Bridgepoint).
Duties
- Manage company-wide inventory of technology equipment required for
Printers, Etc.)
- Prepare hardware prior to new employee onboarding
- Work with Bridgepoint to establish new employee accounts (i.e. MS
- Prepare hardware after employee off boarding
- Serve as IT Help Desk
- Communicate with Bridgepoint to provide remote response and
- Provide in-person response and troubleshooting
- Monitor Bridgepoint work related to Network, server, workstation
- Monitor servers and workstation to anticipate issues before they cause
- Manage server and workstation scheduled monthly patching
- Manage audio/visual and technological aspects of on-site events for
engagement events (will require several evenings throughout the
course of the year) .
- Manage software accounts, licenses and renewals as listed by
- Research and recommend hardware and software for purchase
- Analyze vendor contracts and provide recommendations
- Recommend IT investments aligned with corporate business goals
- Educate employees on cybersecurity risks
- Manage Mitel our Phone and Internet vendor
- Other duties as assigned
