Crew Foreman / Landscape Manager
Full-time & Part-time Available
We’re looking for an experienced, reliable, and hardworking Lawn Foreman with leadership abilities to oversee daily landscape operations. This role leads a crew of 5 -8 team members and ensures quality, safety, and efficiency on all job sites.
Requirements
- 21 years old
- Clean & valid driver’s license (MUST)
- Proficient in English; bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment (mowers, edgers, blowers, hedge trimmers)
- Ability to drive a landscaping truck with an enclosed trailer
- Able to operate heavy equipment (front-end loader, zero-turn mower, chipper, stump grinder, etc.)
- Ability to work outdoors for long periods, lift 50 lbs, and handle extreme temperatures
- Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscape crew, delegating daily tasks
- Plan schedules, coordinate materials, and maintain project deadlines
- Oversee landscape maintenance and installation projects
- Ensure work is performed safely and in compliance with company procedures
- Train and coach crew members on proper techniques and equipment use
- Conduct quality checks and maintain high service standards
- Load/unload equipment and planting materials
- Maintain trucks, trailers, and equipment in safe operating condition
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members
