Cook Operator (Ethanol Production)
Shift & Schedule
- Shift: Night Shift
- Hours: 12-hour shifts
- Rotation: High-flexibility schedule working only 7 out of every 14 nights
Position Overview
One Earth Energy, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Cook Operator to join our night shift production team. In this role, you will master the foundational stage of the ethanol production process. Through comprehensive on-site training, you will learn to manage critical initial processing steps and conduct essential laboratory testing to ensure product quality and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Process Operation: Learn and manage the critical "cook" phase at the beginning of the ethanol production process.
- Quality Control: Conduct routine laboratory testing and analyze samples to maintain strict process specifications.
- Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all facility safety protocols.
- Physical Execution: Safely lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs. as required by operational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous manufacturing, industrial, or production experience is highly desired.
- Skills: Strong willingness to learn, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 50 lbs.
