- Identify and research potential client organizations through strategic prospecting, market analysis, and industry research
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and professional networks to generate interest in the firm’s advisory services
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualification through negotiation and closing
- Consistently generate qualified meetings and opportunities through proactive outreach
- Engage prospective clients to understand the business objectives, operational challenges, and potential advisory needs
- Develop relationships with business owners, executives, CFOs, controllers, and other senior decision-makers
- Follow up persistently with prospects through multiple touchpoints to drive engagement and advance opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate discovery calls with senior advisors and legal teams
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities across targeted industries and market segments
- Support the preparation and delivery of tailored proposals aligned with client goals and priorities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
Qualifications- 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales, consulting sales, financial services sales, or business development
- Strong outbound prospecting and lead generation experience
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and closing new business in a highly competitive environment
- Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to engage senior decision-makers
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to understand complex business challenges
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Experience selling professional services, financial advisory services, consulting services, or B2B solutions
- Experience engaging with senior decision-makers such as founders, executives, or finance leaders
- Experience selling to small and mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and middle-market companies
