Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and weekends as needed.
- Occasional flexibility for evenings or weekends, based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement: Handle outbound sales inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and personalized solutions for each client.
- Consultation: Conduct virtual or in-person consultations to understand customer needs, offer tailored recommendations, and present product offerings.
· Relationship Building & Sales:
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster trust and loyalty.
- Negotiate sales contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets as set by management and market potential.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sale process.
- Generate referrals and self-generated selling opportunities.
- Follow-Up: Proactively follow up with prospects, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the design and installation teams to ensure seamless execution of custom orders.
- Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in the CRM system.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with product offerings, pricing, and industry trends to confidently address customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in sales, customer service, or a related field. Experience in home improvement or custom design solutions is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with customers.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace and virtual meeting platforms.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand and address customer needs effectively.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional results as part of a team.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
