Our person-centered approach focuses on each individual's unique needs, promoting independent living and positive learning.
Job Description: We are seeking dedicated In-Home Specialists to provide guidance and support to our clients living in independent arrangements. Responsibilities include:
- Scheduling and maintaining appointments
- Assisting with finding gainful employment
- Managing household tasks
- Budgeting finances
- Engaging in community activities
- Promoting healthy relationships
Each client has unique goals related to achieving a healthy, independent lifestyle. In-Home Specialists travel to clients' locations weekly, using their own vehicle, and design their own flexible work schedules.
Current Hiring Needs:
- North Branch: 10a-2pm (Limited flexibility) Tuesday/Thursday or Wednesday/Friday, Okay with Male or Female.
