Position Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced **Regional Branch Manager** to lead our Chester, Springfield, and Claremont branches. In this key leadership role, you’ll drive performance, inspire teams, and ensure every member experience is exceptional. You’ll be the face of One Credit Union in your branch and region—coaching staff, overseeing operations, and championing community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support branch teams to exceed sales and service goals
• Deliver outstanding member experiences across all touchpoints
• Ensure compliance with lending, deposit, and operational policies
• Coach and develop staff to foster professional growth
• Maintain branch facilities, including cleanliness and seasonal upkeep
• Collaborate cross-functionally to drive referrals and shared success
• Recruit, hire, and evaluate staff performance, including salary recommendations
• Promote and embody One Credit Union’s Core Values in all leadership actions

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5–7 years in financial services, with 3 years in branch or regional management
• 2–3 years of consumer lending experience; mortgage/small business lending a plus

Skills & Abilities:

• Proven leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn internal systems
