One Community Health is searching for an Acupuncturist to provide acupuncture services with a focus on pain management, stress reduction, and overall health and wellness. Working with the medical team, this role helps integrate acupuncture into each patient’s treatment plan to support holistic, patient-centered care. The Acupuncturist delivers all services in accordance with One Community Health policies and procedures at our clinic in The Dalles, Oregon.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school and current Board Certification in specialty field
- Licensed Acupuncturist with a current and valid state license
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in acupuncture
- Current CPR/BLS Certification in accordance with OCH policy
- Successful completion of credentialing and privileging in accordance with OCH policy
- Maintenance of required CE credits
- Experience with practice management systems and EMR—Epic preferred
- Strong knowledge of acupuncture and its application for pain management, stress reduction, and overall health and wellness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with patients, staff, and the community
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care
- Knowledge of and adherence to ethical and professional standards of practice and conduct
- Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive motions
- Must be able to work in a clinical environment and comply with infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing
- Demonstrated positive and effective interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work effectively with a diverse workforce in a multicultural environment
- Strong computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook), multi-line phone systems, and other office systems and machines
- Able to use initiative, good research skills, sound judgment, and resolution skills in completing tasks and responsibilities and resolving technical challenges
- Understanding of HIPAA and privacy laws and other applicable regulations
- Willingness to work occasional Saturdays, evenings, or extended hours
- Ability and willingness to work in a dynamic and changing community health care environment

- Hourly: Starting at $48.00/hour, increases depending on experience
- Bilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.
