Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute engaging events and activities tailored to diverse guest groups, including families and children.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving conflicts promptly, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors.
- Manage guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Handle cash transactions accurately during food service or retail activities, maintaining proper records and balancing tills at shift end.
- Supervise guest safety by monitoring pool areas as a lifeguard when applicable, enforcing safety rules, and responding swiftly to emergencies.
- Assist with public speaking engagements or guided tours to enhance guest understanding of attractions or programs.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards across all event spaces and activity zones.
Requirements
- Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Experience working with children in educational or recreational settings is highly desirable.
- Ability to perform cash handling accurately and responsibly during transactions.
- Lifeguard certification or experience is preferred; knowledge of water safety protocols is a plus.
- Background in food service or resort hospitality enhances your ability to serve guests seamlessly.
- Public speaking skills for leading tours or facilitating group activities confidently.
