About the Role
We’re seeking an ambitious and self-motivated Sales Representative to sell managed telecom services to small and mid-sized businesses. This is a commission-only position ideal for driven individuals who thrive on performance-based rewards.
As a Managed Telecom Sales Rep, you’ll introduce clients to advanced hosted phone systems, internet and connectivity solutions, VoIP, network management, and unified communications designed to enhance business efficiency and security.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and referrals.
- Identify client needs and present tailored telecom and IT service solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and proposal development to closing and post-sale follow-up.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including business owners and IT managers.
- Collaborate with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Stay up to date on telecom trends, pricing, and competitive offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or managed services.
- Strong understanding of hosted phone systems, VoIP, internet connectivity, or cloud-based communications (preferred).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage your own pipeline.
- Reliable access to a phone, computer, and internet connection.
Compensation
- 100% commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
