We are a small but busy general contracting company looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Office Manager to handle daily administrative, financial, and project support tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and experienced in construction office operations.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day office operations and communicationAccounts Payable and Payroll processingBookkeeping and job cost tracking using QuickBooks (required)Create quotes/estimates for clientsAssist with scheduling jobs, subcontractors, and field crewsManage ongoing jobs, including documentation and updatesOrder materials and coordinate deliveries with vendorsPrepare and maintain contracts, reports, and project filesCreate and update documents in Microsoft Word and ExcelSupport management with billing, purchasing, and general admin tasksRequirements:QuickBooks proficiency (required)Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, OutlookExperience with AP, payroll, and job costingExcellent communication and organizational skillsConstruction or general contractor office experience preferredReliable, punctual, and able to work independentlyHours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (in-office only)Compensation: Based on experience
