What You’ll Do
- Lead high-quality residential HVAC system installations (furnace, A/C, heat pump, etc.)
- Perform ductwork modifications, air quality upgrades, and system enhancements
- Ensure your worksite is clean, organized, and respectful of the homeowner's space
- Verify system functionality and customer satisfaction before leaving each job
- Train and mentor junior install helpers for efficiency and quality
- Keep your truck clean and branded – it’s a rolling billboard for our reputation
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of residential HVAC install experience (change-outs, ductwork, code compliance)
- Leadership skills and ability to train helpers
- Detail-oriented and committed to doing the job right the first time
- Willingness to follow our high standards for cleanliness, safety, and customer communication
Physical Requirements
- Lift up to 75 lbs and carry tools/equipment up to 250 feet
- Climb ladders, work in attics, crawl spaces, and rooftops
- Operate handheld tools and work safely with electricity and sharp tools
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and tight spaces
