Come join our team at One Call Concepts! We are looking for highly motivated full-time employees to staff our inbound contact center. One Call Concepts provides both technical and emergency damage prevention services for 811 centers across the country. As a Call Center Representative, you will assist contractors, homeowners and utility companies in fulfilling underground utility locate requests through a variety of problem-solving techniques, including information collection, clarification, data analysis, research and validation.

The ideal candidate must have the following:
- An interest in maintaining public safety
- Be detail-oriented and have the ability to think analytically
- Possess the ability to multi-task
- Have excellent written and oral communication skills
- Work some overtime, some Saturdays and holidays
- Read digital maps
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Have a willingness to work independently
- Type a minimum of 30 words per minute
- Have excellent attendance and punctuality
