Job Title: Experienced Loan Processor for High Volume Mortgage Brokerage (Remote & Hybrid Options Available)

Position Overview:
As a Loan Processor, you will play a critical role in managing and coordinating loan files from contract through closing. You will work closely with our team of loan officers, pre-approval specialists, and clients to ensure a smooth, compliant, and timely loan process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review loan applications and documentation for accuracy and completeness
• Order and review appraisals, title work, Condo docs and other necessary documentation
• Submit complete loan files to underwriting and address any conditions or stipulations
• Communicate regularly with borrowers, loan officers, and third parties to provide updates
• Reach out to account executives, account managers, and underwriters to problem-solve issues that may arise
• Review files daily with updated notes for loan officers
• Update LE’s, conditional approvals, and rate stacks as needed
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and company lending guidelines
• Order and review appraisals, title work, and other necessary documentation
• Manage multiple loan files simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep loans on track for closing
• Every file is to be reviewed daily with updated notes / last touch.

Qualifications:

• 2 years of mortgage loan processing experience (required)
• Strong knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and other loan programs
• Excellent understanding of underwriting guidelines and documentation requirements
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency with mortgage software systems (e.g., Arive or similar LOS)
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus but not required
