Lead Remodeling Carpenter
Interior & Exterior
$45–$55 Per Hour | 40 Hours Per Week

America’s Construction Experts, powered by One Beautiful Home®, is looking for an exceptionally well-rounded Lead Remodeling Carpenter with extensive experience in both interior and exterior residential remodeling.
One project might involve framing, drywall, doors, trim, flooring, cabinets and finish carpentry. The next could involve windows, exterior doors, siding, soffit, fascia, decks or exterior repairs. You need to understand residential construction well enough to open up an existing home, identify what needs to be done and know how to put it back together correctly.
You must be able to work independently, solve problems in the field and communicate directly with homeowners throughout the project. Our clients are trusting us inside and around their homes, so craftsmanship, dependability, communication, protecting the property and maintaining a clean jobsite all matter.
Experience should include framing, finish carpentry, doors, windows, trim, cabinets, flooring, drywall, painting, decks, exterior carpentry, siding and general residential repairs. Basic plumbing and electrical knowledge is valuable, while licensed trade work is handled by the appropriate tradespeople.

Our projects are throughout Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties. We intentionally schedule our craftsmen close to home whenever possible, with a goal of keeping projects within roughly a 45-minute drive.
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for someone who knows residential remodeling, takes pride in their work and can be trusted to take care of both the project and the homeowner.
