What You’ll Do:
- Warmly greet and check guests in and out
- Answer phones, texts, and emails with professionalism and care
- Book, adjust, and manage appointments efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and salon space
- Support daily salon operations and team communication
- Assist with retail checkouts and guest recommendations
- Learn and understand salon numbers, business flow, and booking strategies to help grow the salon
- Create an exceptional guest experience from start to finish
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of front desk / receptionist experience required
- Previous key holder experience required
- Spa or salon experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable with numbers, scheduling, and business concepts
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn, grow, and be part of a team
Position Details & Perks:
- Full-time position: 40 hours per week
