As our Collision Center continues to grow, we need an experienced Collision Estimator to appraise an incoming vehicle’s damage to determine the cost of repair for insurance claims or private payment.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain clear, ongoing communication with guests and remain available to answer questions throughout the repair process.
· Deliver exceptional customer service while building and maintaining strong guest relationships.
· Document repair details accurately and complete all required paperwork.
· Finalize repair documentation and process guest payments.
· Manage multiple guests and service needs efficiently at the same time.
· Inspect vehicles for damage using visual assessments, mechanical testing devices, road tests, and guest-provided information.
· Assess the necessity of repairs and estimate associated costs.
· Review damage and obtain insurance estimates as needed.
· Meet with guests to explain vehicle damage, repair timelines, costs, and the overall repair process.
· Prepare accurate repair estimates that include labor and parts costs.
· Create work orders outlining required repairs and part replacements and enter them into the work management system.
· Conduct final quality checks by inspecting repaired vehicles to ensure all work meets required standards.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
· Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
· Friendly, positive attitude with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
· Excellent listening, phone, and computer skills
· Strong verbal and written communication abilities
· 3–6 months of related experience or training in automotive repair or a body shop environment
· Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
· Ability to clearly present information and respond to questions from managers, customers, and the public
· Skilled in handling common guest inquiries and resolving complaints professionally
· Always maintain a professional appearance and demeanor
· Demonstrated passion for One Automotive Group and its values
· Availability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:00 PM

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
