Bilingual New Patient Coordinator - Phone Sales & Lead Follow-Up

We’re hiring two bilingual New Patient Coordinators—one for the morning shift and one for the afternoon shift.

Are you confident on the phone, enjoy sales, and stay organized with follow-ups? You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective patients, helping them understand our services and take the next step toward scheduling an appointment.

We provide training. You bring strong communication skills, reliability, a sales mindset, and a willingness to learn and apply feedback.

Available Schedules

• Morning shift: 8:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
• Afternoon shift: 1:30 p.m.–7:00 p.m.

Each shift is 5.5 hours, with a 30-minute overlap for coordination and follow-up handoffs. Please indicate which shift you are applying for.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and Spanish.
• Answer incoming calls promptly and contact new leads within five minutes during your scheduled shift.
• Complete at least 100 calls per day, including outreach and follow-up calls.
• Conduct initial phone consultations to understand prospective patients’ needs, explain services and promotions, answer questions, and guide them toward booking.
• Build trust, address concerns, handle objections professionally, and confidently ask for the appointment.
• Follow up consistently with leads who have not scheduled, patients who missed appointments, and those requesting more information.
• Keep accurate records of conversations, appointments, and follow-up activity.
• Ensure every lead has a clear next step and follow-up date.
• Work toward goals for call activity, response time, appointments booked, and appointment attendance.
• Participate in training, call reviews, and coaching, and apply feedback consistently.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Excellent phone communication and listening skills.
• A friendly, confident, and professional approach.
• A sales mindset and comfort guiding conversations toward scheduling.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through.
• Ability to manage a high volume of calls and multiple follow-ups.
• Reliability, accountability, and the ability to take initiative.
• Willingness to learn, follow established processes, and improve through coaching.
• Comfort using computers, scheduling software, and lead-tracking systems.

Experience in phone sales, appointment setting, customer service, or a call center is preferred. Dental experience is helpful but not required—we will train the right person.
