What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a portfolio of agricultural and commercial loan relationships
- Develop new business through community involvement and referrals
- Analyze credit requests, structure loans, and prepare credit presentations
- Monitor loan performance and proactively manage risk
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver responsive, personalized service
- Serve as a trusted advisor to farmers, ranchers, and ag-based businesses
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in agricultural and/or commercial lending
- Strong understanding of ag operations, cash flow cycles, and collateral
- Proven relationship-building and business development skills
- Solid credit analysis and financial statement review experience
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, agriculture, business, or related field (preferred)
