About One Access Medical TransportationOne Access provides safe, reliable, and compassionate transportation services to our passengers and partner facilities. Our Fleet Team Lead plays a critical role in supporting our drivers, attendants, and dispatch/operations teams so that every trip is on time, compliant, and delivered with care. Position SummaryThe Fleet Team Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day fleet operations, supporting Fleet Coordinators, and ensuring company protocols, safety standards, and HR-guided disciplinary procedures are followed consistently. This role acts as the central point of contact between fleet, dispatch, HR, payroll/compliance, and insurance partners, while also providing coaching and support to crew members. Key Responsibilities • Oversee and support Fleet Coordinators to ensure timely and consistent task completion.• Implement and reinforce company protocols across the fleet.• Support crew coaching, retraining, and disciplinary processes.• Coordinate new hire training, ongoing crew training, and documentation updates.• Monitor fleet portals and logs, including Time/Issue Checking and credentialing.• Assist with workers’ compensation coordination and safety initiatives.• Support vehicle and equipment maintenance processes.• Partner with dispatch and scheduling to finalize routes and troubleshoot issues.• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, and employment status updates.• Provide field support when needed, including transporting passengers. Qualifications• 2 years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, dispatch, or logistics.• Leadership or coordinator experience preferred.• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.• Ability to work in-office and in the field when required.• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
