The supervisor will travel between multiple sites daily, directly handle client feedback, and provide ongoing training and support to their team.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support a team of cleaning staff across multiple locations
- Ensure cleaning quality control and adherence to standards
- Manage schedules and coordinate staff assignments
- Train new and existing staff on procedures and best practices
- Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations
- Communicate regularly with clients to address feedback and concerns
- Prepare performance reports and maintain documentation
- Maintain cleaning equipment and manage inventory
- Enforce health and safety protocols on-site
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years in cleaning and supervision
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong team leadership and scheduling skills
