Role: Registered Nurse or Graduate Nurse Resident in the Oncology Progressive department, providing patient care using the nursing process.
Responsibilities: Evaluate care effectiveness, coordinate patient care with other departments, uphold patient rights and confidentiality, and ensure adherence to mission, values, and standards.
Qualifications: Graduation from an accredited nursing program (ASN, Diploma, or BSN), current RN licensure, and BLS certification (or courses completed within 30 days). Preferred with 1 year RN experience.
Skills & Physical Demands: Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks involving reaching, bending, kneeling, twisting, and squatting.
