Are you ready to make a profound impact in the lives of cancer survivors? Oncology Rehab is seeking a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our growing outpatient oncology rehabilitation team in San Antonio, TX.

Whether it's addressing lymphedema, balance issues, pelvic floor dysfunction, neuropathy, or scarring, you’ll be changing lives every single day.

What You'll Do

As part of our energetic and compassionate team, you will:

• Deliver cutting-edge rehabilitation for patients navigating the effects of chemotherapy, radiation, and surgery
• Provide individualized interventions such as strength and endurance training, soft tissue work, and lymphatic techniques
• Empower patients to thrive through comprehensive, whole-person care
• Collaborate with referring physicians, nurses, navigators, Occupational Therapists, and Speech Language Pathologists in a supportive, interdisciplinary environment

All training is provided through PORi, our nationally renowned oncology rehabilitation education platform. You'll be mentored by PORi Certified Oncology Rehabilitation Therapists to build the specialized skills you need to succeed.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas (we are open to new-grads)
• No prior oncology experience? No problem! We provide full onboarding through PORi
• Certifications like CLT or APTA Oncologic Clinical Specialist are a plus, but not required

What You’ll Be Doing

• Evaluate and treat patients recovering from cancer with evidence-based, functional interventions
• Interpret cancer treatment histories and develop customized, patient-centered Plans of Care
• Monitor progress, reassess, and adjust treatment approaches to support long-term wellness
• Support outreach, awareness, and community engagement with your Director and team
