Role Description The Lead Teacher is a full-time, on-site role based in Belleville, WI, responsible for planning and delivering developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children in their classroom. Day-to-day tasks include creating lesson plans, implementing educational activities, supervising children to ensure safety, and maintaining an organized, welcoming classroom environment. The Lead Teacher observes and documents children’s progress, adapts instruction to individual needs, and supports social-emotional development through positive guidance. The role also involves regular communication with families, collaboration with other staff members, and adherence to licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or elementary settings.
