Position Details:
- Job Type: Part-Time (15–20 hours per week)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- (Optional weekend shifts available upon request)
- Service Areas: Colorado Springs, Falcon, Fountain, Black Forest, and Monument
- Experience: No experience required — we provide paid training!
- What You’ll Do:
- Perform residential and light commercial cleaning
- Apartment Cleaning and Move outs
- Dust, wipe, vacuum, and mop surfaces
- Follow detailed cleaning checklists
- Deliver consistent, high-quality results
- Work independently and as part of a team
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Detail-oriented with pride in your work
- Ability to work independently or with a team while staying on task
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
Pay & Growth Opportunities:
- Training Pay: $16.50/hour (first 30 days)
- Junior Cleaner: Starting at $18.00/hour
- Senior Cleaner: Starting at $19.00/hour
- Performance Bonus Program: Earn up to an additional $2.00/hour based on performance
