Retail Store Manager - Westerville, Ohio

Part time (20 hours) and full-time (30 hours) shift leader positions available as well as assistant store manager (40 hours) roles.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in all aspects of daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Lead, motivate, and supervise team members to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to maintain optimal staffing levels
• Maintain high standards of merchandising and visual presentation throughout the store
• Buy and price gently used clothing and accessories according to company guidelines
• Ensure compliance with operational policies and procedures, including loss prevention
• Communicate daily and weekly goals to the team and monitor progress toward objectives
• Step into the Store Manager role as needed during their absence

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant, or other fast-paced environments
• Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and demonstrates high integrity
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and adapt to changing priorities
• Capable of frequent walking, standing, stooping, climbing ladders, pushing, and repetitive lifting
• Able to regularly lift up to 40 lbs and visually inspect merchandise
• Available to work 40 hours per week, including at least 2 nights and rotating weekends
• Must be able to drive at any time during assigned shifts

Offered compensation: $14/hr - $18/hr

Experience and License Requirements

• Ability to drive at any time during scheduled shifts to perform banking functions
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 pounds
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, which include 2 nights and rotating weekends
• At minimum 1 year of management experience in retail, restaurant or other fast-paced environments
