Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Help customers find what they are looking for and make recommendations based on their needs
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Purchase gently used quality kids’ clothing, shoes, toys, books, and baby gear from our customer base
- Maintain the appearance of the store by organizing merchandise, stocking shelves, and keeping the store clean
- Participate in in-store events and promotions
- Work collaboratively with other team members and provide an outstanding customer experience
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Retail or customer service experience, preferred but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including at least one weekend shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 40 pounds (occasionally more)
