Once Upon A Child Garland is a locally owned franchise that buys, sells, and trades kids' stuff. We're looking for confident and energetic people to join our team on a consistent part-time basis. Our associates work positively and diligently in a team-based setting and provide exceptional customer service to our customers. If you're familiar with things like kids' shoes, baby bouncers, Lego's, and toys, then this may be a good place for you to work! Duties:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately - Tag and Hang baby apparel and organize baby shoes
- Scan and bag items for customers
- Assist customers in locating products and answering their inquiries - Assist in buying customer's baby items
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Process returns and exchanges
- Promote store loyalty programs and special promotions
This position requires a friendly and customer-oriented individual who can provide exceptional service while handling cash transactions accurately. The ability to communicate effectively, prioritize tasks, and demonstrate technical sales knowledge will contribute to success in this role.
