- Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, or emergency situations with confidence and professionalism.
- Assist in conflict management by de-escalating tense situations calmly and effectively.
- Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for record-keeping purposes.
- Support loss prevention efforts by observing suspicious behavior and reporting concerns to management.
